	The Pectel Group has a Safety, Quality & Environmental Department dedicated to the implementation, maintenance and effective application of our management systems. The core values of these system are: Senior management strategic planning driving policy and objectives throughout operational strategy. Measurement of key performance indicators. These measurables are measured on a monthly basis and analysed in both pareto and data over time against pre-determined performance targets. Monitoring of information pertaining to levels of customer satisfaction through regular customer surveys. Regular review and appraisal of process outputs to ensure conformance to planned arrangements and to facilitate continuous improvements.
